Great experience from start to finish! The team was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam and hearing test. I was nervous about needing an earpiece, but they made me feel comfortable and showed me several great options—including discreet ones that made me feel much more confident. This was my first visit and I left feeling really pleased with the experience. Dr. Martinez took my tinnitus concerns seriously and ran the necessary tests, taking the time to explain everything and reassure me that what I’m experiencing is normal. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which says a lot about the care and environment of the practice. Overall, a great experience.

The receptionist is very helpful and the technician is great. The hearing aids are not very helpful for me. I hope when they are redone at factory they perform better.

No one likes to admit that they are less than they once were. At 63 years old it was time to admit I was no longer hearing things as I once could. Dr. Avila was incredibly helpful.

First he made me comfortable with simple conversation and finding things we had in common. Then, he performed his tests. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the outcome meant.

He even made the conversation about money easy to handle as well.
